A bit of Tajima’s perspective in the modern dad au:
When Madara is eleven he comes home practically drowned in mud, dragging another boy behind him. At least Tajima hopes it is a boy and not an enormous dog. It‘s really hard to tell under all the mud. Even his own son he only recognises because of the hollering voice and the stubbornly spiky hair that refuses to bow down to anything as mundane as mud. Tajima absolutely despairs of Madara‘s hair and suspects there are at least five combs, Izuna‘s math-homework and a squirrel caught up in there. At least that‘s what Izuna swore to his teacher last week. Tajima admires him for his creativity but dearly wishes he would find a more productive outlet.
It actually does turn out to be a boy, lanky and with a blinding smile.
„I‘m Hashirama!“ he nearly screams in his exitement and Tajima has such a strong sense of foreboding that he dumps the collective headache of the two and their mud on his wife and goes to make himself a spiked coffee.
Hooo boy. Oh boy oh boy. What a brave sister you must be. I will honestly say: Neither of them are happy about it, although for different reasons.
Tobirama is well aware of how much Madara hates him and once he hears about his sister dating him, he’ll be CONVINCED Madara is just doing it to spite him. Because that’s what Madara ALWAYS does.
Hashirama on the other hand is kind of sad that you didn’t tell him. You’re his sister, he trusts you and he wonders what ever made you think you couldn’t trust him in return (although, let’s be real, tobirama would have known right away. lol.)
For Hashirama, it depends on how he finds out. If you finally came out and told him, because of the engagement/child then he’ll be able to come to terms with it quite quickly – he’ll still pout and get a lil depressed but!! he’ll be happy for you – and of course, for Madara! His best friend and his sister! He can def life with that! He was already getting “worried” you would stay single forever XDD
Of course, a child would… shock him. Seriously. Pregnant? His baby sis?! He’d absolutely encourage you to marry Madara if you were carrying his child tbh.
Tobirama is a… different story. Heh. Yeah. He’ll freak out if you tell him you’re pregnant. Poor Tobirama. Poor furniture. He’ll flip those tables.
Of course, he’d never hurt you but be prepared for him to yell. He just can’t comprehend it. Not only did you see that Uchiha in secret – you slept with him?! You’re carrying his child? If you told him you two were getting engaged, he’d like that a lot better bc he can still try and talk u out of a marriage. But a child?!
Take Hashirama with u when u tell Tobirama. And DO NOT LET TOBIRAMA CATCH YOU AND MADARA TOGETHER OH MY GOD
he’d kill madz. madz would say something stupid and get himself killed.
If you’ve been together with Madara for so long and are even considering getting married then you can be sure Madara loves you. Because (just like tobs and hashi tbh) he’d NEVER be in a relationship if he didn’t take it seriously. And Hashirama will believe that. Tobirama? Not so much.
